Please PayPal a 50 percent non-refundable deposit to secure your booking (please add 3 percent PayPal fee). Rest payment is payable upon arrival in cash US$ or Pesos.

Cancellation Policy: 
 
​50 percent non-refundable PayPal deposit required for reservation. 
 
​For the remaining 50 percent of the nightly/weekly or monthly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before local check-in time, otherwise no refund. 
 
If only 50 percent of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50 percent and will simply not be charged. 
 
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
